For reports at work
The report your team actually reads.
It is Monday, the monthly report is due, and the chart from the spreadsheet looks like it always does. Type your numbers into a card instead: the template makes it sharp, your colors make it yours, and the whole thing takes less time than fighting the slide deck.
Monocards is a Mac app (macOS 15 and up). Mail yourself the link and install it there.
Six cards that carry a report.
A status table, a KPI row, a checklist, a timeline, a vote and a matrix, each in a different saved look.
The status table
Owners, status and due dates, readable at a glance in the weekly update.
The KPI row
Four numbers with change badges. The whole quarter in one image.
The checklist
What is done and what is left, with the progress bar doing the talking.
The project timeline
Where the project stands, without opening the planning tool everyone dreads.
The team vote
Ask the room, post the result. Decisions with receipts.
The priority matrix
Effort against impact, quick wins marked. The planning slide, minus the slide.
Or hand your numbers to your agent.
Every example on this page was generated through the built-in MCP server, locally, from one sentence:
"Chart this quarter's signups per week, frost template, landscape."
Read the agent docs →Reports at work, answered.
Do I need design skills to make these?
No. You type the content, the template carries the look: colors, type, spacing and layout are already decided. Every card on this page was made by filling in a form or by an agent, not by designing.
Can the cards use my company colors?
Yes. Set your colors, font and logo once, save that look as a template, and every chart, table and list you make after that comes out in it. Consistency is the default, not the extra work.
Where do the cards go once they are made?
Wherever you report: paste them into Slack or Teams, drop them in a mail, or place the image in your slide deck. Cards export as PNG, JPEG or vector PDF in every common size.
Does my data leave my machine?
No. Monocards is a native Mac app and every card renders locally. Numbers, names and project details are never uploaded, which keeps the compliance conversation short.
Does it work on Windows?
Not yet. Monocards is a Mac app (macOS 15 and up). If your report machine is a Mac, you are set.
